Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
