Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain product and service knowledge to better assist customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience banking
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
